Dr. Paul W. Luczynski
Paul W. Luczynski, DDS
“Dr. Paul” discovered his path to dentistry after stepping away from college for a year to do volunteer work overseas. He found the experience of helping others to be the most rewarding aspect during those adventures. Building a community and helping through dentistry keeps him motivated and excited.
A top priority at The Dental Docs is keeping current with techniques surrounding Dentistry. Dr. Luczynski has exceeded 50 hours of continuing education in the past 2 years and serves as a committee member for the California Dental Association. He is also a member of the American Dental Association, San Diego County Dental Society and local study clubs. Most recently, Dr. Luczynski has finalized his certification for Invisalign Treatment, a simple way to get straighter teeth. He has also completed advanced training in implant placement and CEREC crowns (same-day crowns). All of these services provide patients with better and faster treatment results.
As a native of the Pacific Northwest, Dr. Luczynski grew up in Washington State and attended Seattle Pacific University for a Bachelors in Biology. After graduation, he attended Loma Linda University School of Dentistry in Southern California to complete a Doctorate of Dental Surgery.
Paul and his wife Stephanie and their daughter (with their dog Bronson) now live in Point Loma. You will find them paddle-boarding in the harbor, dining in Little Italy or relaxing at Ocean Beach Dog Park.
